My GGgrandmother, Jane Cochran, married William Edward Jones, and emigrated to Canada in 1908. I have their B and M records from GRO. Previous to their move, they worked as bread and flour dealers manager in Walton on the Hill. Both of their families remained in Liverpool. Her parents, James and Marion Cochran, came from Glasgow in the early 1860s. Through the census, I have found 8 children in the family-Margaret (b. 1860), Mary A. (b. 1863?), Isabella (b. 1865?), Clementina (b. 1868?), Jane (b. 1871), Marion (b. 1873?), James (1875?), and Helen (b. 1878?). My GGgm's father died before the 1881 census, but her mother was still alive in 1911 and living in Everton. Her 1946 obituary states that Margaret may have married a T. Sheridon? and emigrated to Manitoba, and that one of the sister's, a Mrs. MacLannon, was still living in Liverpool. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.
