Looking for any info on GUY family in Liverpool dating back to 1799. Most GUY men seemed to work in the building trade. In 1799 PETER GUY married JANE ARMOUR in St Nicholas, L/pool.

I have John Guy and his children Benjamin, Frederick and Alice .... They are a bit later on though as John was born in 1832 and married Elizabeth Kendrick in 1857 .... His occupation was a wheelwright.

Came across Peter Guy And Jane Armour whilst researching William Guy,was this your posting on the Pedigree Chart in the 1881 census ? Iam trying to track down the church records on John Guy 1805, as this is as far back as I can go. My Grandfather was Samuel Guy who was a Farrier born 1853 lived in Cantsfield Street off Smithdown Road in Edgehill he married Jane Wood and had sons John, Edwin, Ernest,Frederick, and daughters Mary,Anne , Jessie. etc

Raymond There is a John Guy born Feb 1807 in Liverpool. A son of Peter Guy and Jane Armour. These are my ancestors. I think I have heard of a Samuel on another notice board, but I don't think he is part of my tree. Best wishes Jeanette
