Mr. and Mrs. SALE owned a shoemaking business in Liverpool ca 1847 when Mr. Sale became ill. My gggrandmother Mary Ann Nellins met Mrs. Sales and went to work for her, possibly as apprentice shoemaker. After Mr. Sale died, Mrs. Sale advertised for a foreman. The ad was answered by my gggrandfather George DEALEY who married Mary Ann in 1851. Looking for information about Mr. & Mrs Sale.
